Saint Paul was originally called Pig's Eye after one-eyed fur trader, Pierre Parrant, who settled here and opened Pig's Eye Tavern. Before that, the Dakota referred to it as "Imnizaska" for its white rock bluffs.

Opening in 2021, The White Rock Lounge plans to be Minnesota's best kept secret for showcasing regional underground and emerging music talent. National touring bands choose to play The White Rock for its dynamic sound, intimate feel and unpretentious attitude.

Located next door to CHS Field in St. Paul,  The White Rock will quickly become an official host venue for many premier summer and fall outdoor music festivals.

The vibe here is pure Rock & Roll mixed with great hospitality and a live energy that is uniquely White Rock Lounge, MN.
